I love bread. I have to eat bread every single day, but I like fresh bread, so I have to buy it every single day. In ways to do something different I had the great idea of made my own bread. Yeeahhh! And it was fun. My first try was with this row dough ready to bake, and I liked. It is easy, fast and very testy, but I wanted something more "mine", so I made a research and I found many kinds of breads and I know that the follow recipe is for you Andrew:
This is the easiest good tasting bread, serve it warm with butter--MMmmm, it can be varied by simply adding some cheddar &jalapenos or black olives, or what ever you like. It sounds too simple but it really is good.
Recipe
2 2/3 cup SELF RISING flour in bowl.Stir in any brand 12 oz. beer (I LIKE CORONA).
Stir in half, mix well, and stir in rest of beer, all of it, no sipping. It will be very wet dough.
Divide into two 9x5 greased with margarine loaf pans, place in oven at 350 degrees for 50 min. remove from oven and turn onto wire rack to cool. Makes bread very tender on the inside, slightly crusty on the outside. Only two ingredients, what could be easier? Enjoy.

I didn't choose that because of my daughter, but sound good; try it.

Finally I asked my mom for her recipe of that unforgettable home made bread and she gave to me. I gather all the ingredients and followed her instructions by phone (everything was a mess in my kitchen even the phone), and I DID IT. The very first breads, I have to recon, didn't look as well as mom's, but the second was better and the third day it was amazing. What delicious bread! It takes long time to do it, so I can't do it frequently, but I enjoyed it. The best part of all is that my daughter helped me to do it and we had a good time and a big mess too. Actually, I did something different, but it evolved to my family too, and was proud of me because I let my laziness apart and discovered new ways to have good bread, fun and time with my doubter. Here you have my mom's delicious recipe
Ingredientes:

Sorry my mom only speaks spanish.
